We bring you a unique offer of group exercises in small, intimate groups with a maximum of four clients, led by our experienced physiotherapists. With group sessions lasting 60 minutes and a limited number of participants, each individual receives personalized attention and guidance from the physiotherapist, ensuring every exercise is performed correctly and effectively.
Our group exercises focus on physio yoga, strength training, special sessions for seniors, and exercises for children, aimed at strengthening both body and mind. These sessions are ideal for those who have already completed individual rehabilitation and wish to continue exercising.
What to Expect from Our Classes:
Physio Yoga:
A combination of physical exercises with elements of yoga and physiotherapy. It helps strengthen the body, improves flexibility, and aids in muscle and joint recovery.
Physio yoga emphasizes the precise execution of yoga poses (asanas) in slow sequences. Props like blocks and straps are often used. This practice promotes body stability and balance, leading to physical and mental harmony.
Contraindications:
● Cardiovascular diseases
● Pregnancy
● Recent surgeries
● Acute injuries (fractures, inflammation)
Strength Training:
Our strength training sessions are designed to provide effective workouts with a focus on proper technique and individual progress for each client.
Indications for Strength Training:
● Improved muscle strength and endurance
● Enhanced overall health and physical fitness
● Prevention or reduction of osteoporosis risk
● Increased metabolism and reduced obesity risk
● Improved mental well-being and self-esteem
Contraindications for Strength Training:
● Cardiovascular diseases, such as heart failure or arrhythmias
● Severe joint or spine conditions, like osteoarthritis
● Uncontrolled blood pressure or hypertension
● Pregnancy or early postpartum without medical consultation
● Any other medical contraindications identified by a physician
Exercises for Seniors:
Specially designed programs that are gentle on the body and tailored to the needs and limitations of seniors. They help maintain strength, stability, and overall mobility.
● Exercises with overballs and therabands
● Focus on muscles of the pelvic floor, lower and upper limbs, and the core
● Relaxation and stretching of neck muscles
● Exercises for balance and coordination
Contraindications:
● Severely limited mobility
Exercises for Children:
Age Group: Children aged 6–10 years (without parents)
Indikace:
● Poor posture
● Following individual physiotherapy intervention
Contraindications:
● Infectious diseases
● Acute post-injury conditions
● Internal illnesses limiting increased physical activity
● Psychological/psychiatric disorders (consultation with the child’s doctor required)
Classes include exercises that strengthen coordination skills, regulate muscle tone (strengthening and stretching muscle groups), and sensory-motor exercises (training balance strategies). All activities are conducted in a fun and age-appropriate manner.
Pelvic Floor:
Classes focused on regulating muscle tension (strengthening/relaxing) in the pelvic and lower back areas, correcting pelvic posture, and using techniques like movement visualization and mindfulness.
Indications:
● Functional pain in the area
● Urinary incontinence
● Constipation (without organic cause)
● Painful menstruation (without organic cause)
● Infertility (without organic cause)
Contraindications:
● Infectious diseases
● Acute post-injury conditions
● High-risk pregnancy
